Dr Farrah Arif
Biography
Dr. Farrah Arif is the Assistant Professor of Marketing and Entrepreneurship in the Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB) at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). As a Commonwealth scholar, she obtained PhD from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.
She has been teaching in business schools (Pakistan and abroad) since 1999. Currently, she teaches marketing, digital transformation and innovation courses in the BSc and MBA programmes at SDSB. She is one of the directors of MyStartup (entrepreneurial venture) of the LUMS MBA programme.
She has published research articles and case studies in the international journals. She has designed and delivered executive education programmes for MNCs and local companies including Telenor Pakistan, Packages Limited, Bulleh Shah Packaging Limited and Coffey International Limited. As a consultant, she develops consumer insights and proposes strategic changes to organizations.
She is a founding member of LUMS Centre for Entrepreneurship (LCE). She mentors entrepreneurs and startups. As a motivational speaker, she is regularly invited by entrepreneurship platforms including incubation centres and Chambers of Commerce & Industry.
